Hi! I'm a rising senior thinking of applying ED and I was just doing some research online about Cornell. I came across the gym classes and was really excited when I saw that a gymnastics class was offered because I love the sport and I had to stop 10 years ago due to health reasons but it's something I'd love to go back to. I was wondering if there are any requirements to take the class? Like do you need to have certain skills, or can anyone take the class no matter how flexible/fit they are? Thanks!

Here is the info from the course description:
“This class is an introduction to all of the men’s and women’s gymnastics events. Instruction will focus on beginner level skills with emphasis on tumbling and acrobatics. No experience is necessary and all ability levels are welcome.”
I sounds like you’d be just fine there.
