Haas 2012

LOL Ok 20legend. Based on what you’ve stated, you obviously believe you are above all others outside of your major, so I will end this pointless bickering with you now. From life experience, I have learned that it is pointless to argue with thick-headed people…

I apologize if my comment above offended some of you. I was in no way attempting to offend EECS majors (thus, “no offense” comment); I was only trying to prove the point that stereotyping is not the right way to go.

And inconnu. I am glad my statement had its intended effect, but I fail to understand why my comment was criticized, while 20legend’s comment of “Haas - like all other undergraduate business programs - sucks. Haas=Phonies.” wasn’t.

To get back on topic, congrats to all those admitted to Haas (and EECS, etc.)!

Thank you, secretaznman. Insulting people and saying just kidding isn’t ■■■■■■■■ in your case, unlike everyone else. You’re just being ironic! You are so witty!
Also way to play the victim card. Plenty of people criticized 20 Legend, anyways.

contribution? Like how last spring 20,000 social security numbers were stolen from a simple hack of the university’s computers? I don’t really understand why EECS is considered the best of the nation. I’m always hearing Stanford programmers going out and changing the world. I thought Berkeley EECS students just go and fix computers for Goldman’s Sales & Trading division

why won’t u nerds actually state if you made it to haas or not. and just post ur stats.

if u made it, good for u and post ur stats.
if u didn’t make it, post ur stats anyway so other possible applicants for next yr can see
if u were too much of a ■■■■■ to apply, then ■■■■
if u are an econ major, then u r ^
if u are EECS, u too can ■■■■

@AznN3rd
Yeah, cause the EECS department was totally in charge of the University Health Services servers.

This thread is absurd. You guys are in top programs at a top university. Try to act like it.

Alright fellas. Time to come out of the closet - I was super bored when I made that first controversial post, and was just trying to wind you up thereafter. Sorry about that; I was just having some fun trying to flamebait. ;)

So basically you’re stating the obvious (that you’re an ___hole), and making a condescending “apology”, and implying that it’s ok because it’s the internet?

Whatever makes you feel better about yourself, I guess.

Without the contributions of Haas alumni, we would be in even bigger trouble than we are right now, with budget cuts.
You don’t see EECS majors donating $16 million at a time to our school do you?

And what are you? A little over-dramatic c***bag? http://i49.■■■■■■■.com/2z4wr40.jpg

Oh, I was just trying to “flame-bait” you XD

does anyone know what the past curriculum looked like (compared to next year’s)

bc they used to require summer school for accounting and now we take financial in fall and managerial in spring. did they take out some required courses for graduation or are they just cramming everything into 4 semesters now

What are you talking about? They never required accounting for summer school. Summer school was for 100 and 107.

[Curriculum, Undergraduate Program - Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley](http://www.haas.berkeley.edu/Undergrad/core.html)

I’m sorry you future juniors will have to suffer those classes for a semester. Those Haas summer classes weren’t that great; I can’t imagine having to take them for a whole semester. They pretty much just crammed your guys’ schedules.

Like that one guy said, sthu, and to the rest of you that got accepted or denied, post your stats.
