<p>Sparetire, I am assuming you are right in saying that, but i have seen it mentioned elsewhere that continuing students (as in coming from highschool) have a more difficult time getting accepted into Haas than transfer students, which i took to mean that freshmen are actually able to apply to Haas. What could this mean?</p>
