Haas Business School

I recently got accepted into Berkeley, but I want to go to the business school. Unfortunately you can only enter when you are a junior. Also, they say that you must apply to undeclared business in L&S first. That's what I did, but what am I supposed to study for two years before I get into the business school? I don't want to waste my time doing nothing.

You need to take all the prerequisites in order to apply, so that would pretty much be what you will do for the first two years.

To th OP, oh believe me, you won't be wasting your time doing nothing. You might be wishing that you were doing nothing, but you won't be doing nothing. Those prereqs are no joke. In particular, you are fighting for admissions slots for Haas, and only 60% of those who apply will get in. And that's just talking about those that apply - plenty of other students do so poorly in the prereqs that they don't even apply because they know they won't get in.

Yupyup, and you'll also spend those 2 years doing some pre-reqs for a back-up major. Most people choose something that overlaps with a lot of the Haas pre-reqs, so these are majors like Political Economies of Industrial Societies or Econ or Stats...

Besides pre-reqs you still have to complete some general ed requirements.
