I applied to Haas already but want to assess my chances of getting in because I can still modify my schedule this semester depending on my chances. I do not want to waste my time taking Haas prereqs if I do not get into the major. I have grades for econ (A+), 1st semester math (A), and stats (A+). I am taking UGBA 10, R&C B, and 2nd semester math this semester. I got a 5 on AP calc and 4 on ap english lit, which bypasses R&C A. I don't know whether Haas will look at my APs since they do not have data for me in certain prereqs. I know I did not have to take 1st semester calculus, but I was a premed at that time.

There’s not easy way to determine whether you’re in or out. Certainly the better your stats are, the higher your chances.

I heard some rumors that a lot of people get rejected solely because they took UGBA 10 in their last semester before Haas since UGBA 10 is suppose to be the “true Haas weeder.” But, idk they are just rumors. As long as u had some good ECs or activities and essays you should be in.
