Haas Emails

"maybe jp did not have all the prereqs done...that would equal an auto reject."

LOL. I'm not a Haas applicant lol..... I'm applying to the school of social sciences. that's prolly why there's no supplemental.

ooo...hmm...did you notice the title of this thread...lol

There's a ton you can do with Old Navy. Bleh, have any of you guys studied the Fisher family and the organization? Its a three fold market shave with priceranges in all markets and factories around the world that produce products for all three companies. The competitive advantage is so great that if you could theorize on methods to move the company(old navy) forward while also increasing market share, there's your ticket in.

Your question should be, "How do we retain consumers if their income rises?"
Possible democrat elected to presidency in 2008, democratic ruled house, what about the possiblility for a thriving economy with more jobs, higher income, and overall, more spending cash. How does that affect Old Navy and what's your plan to profit off the "possible" thriving economy.

Sweetny: yes I did. I just forgot about the required supplementals. LOL, I wanted to prank all the high anxiety applicants.

ummmm i didnt dooooo the manager thingggg andddd i didnt realy dooo the interview thingggg...i wrote mine from more of an analyst perspectiveee...annnnd my essay was pretty kickin. im HOPING it makes up for mah jee pee ay but we'll see yadada?

Am I the only one that answered the first question?

sweetny the problem i think with us is its difficult for us to convey any more information for the first question then we did with the original essays. but considering how you have significantly more experience then us, im not surprised you answered the first one. it somehow makes the entire thing a little more personal, you know? i would have liked to answer it, if i had the experiences to really say anything that i didnt already say in the first three essays.

goo old navy

I was beginning to feel like a black sheep...but I guess that can be good in the admissions process. If we get in we have to throw some kind of party :)

oh party for sureeeeeeeeeee.....i think it is almost a good thing you answered the first one sicnce a majority will be answering the old navy prompt.....

that wait is killing me

When I wrote my Haas essay i also did the Old Navy one. and I wrote as if I was a part of the managment team. Im curious how did you say you would improve the company?

wats your stats snake

we will see..... i'm s**ting bricks

i'm taking bets at how they guess what your gpa is. since we only provide the gpa at the bottom of the transcript, and that GPA varies from school to school and includes nontransferrable courses, and since we all calculate painstakingly our own UC gpa, which in most cases is correct-but something they're definitely not going to do for all 400ish applicants, how do they calculuate/find out your overall gpa. any takers?

They have your UC app GPA senior.

i did the first essay question as well. i don't know, but i didn't find the original application thorough enough. did you guys fill up the resume page?

HAH no i didnt fill up the resume page. I actually went to my CC and asked the transfer office what they thought. Im not sure if the lady helped, but shes like thats find and started pressing the submit button, stupid lady.

dude on the uc application you put down the gpa that was at the bottom of your transcripts. you didnt put down a uc transferrable gpa..

Are you talking to me? I dont understand what your saying?

bumpppppp it

I still don't understand your question. They have access to your application.
