Hello all. Forgot my previous CC info.. so made a new account. Oh well.

Does anybody know how Haas takes GPA into account?

Do they look at freshmen year only?
Or is it freshmen year GPA + fall semester sophomore year GPA?
Or is it freshmen year GPA + sophomore year GPA?

I just want to know because I need to decide whether to take 2 summer courses to bolster my GPA while taking a part time job or to take a job offer down in SoCal.

Thanks in advance!

take the job offer in soCal if it will advance your career w.r.t. what you think haas will get you (ie, it should be very related to the field of business you’re interested in)

seriously. just take it. go. go now.

but to answer your more direct question: haas looks at freshman year + fall semester sophomore year GPA.

all students who get into haas are what is called ‘conditionally accepted’: their admission is contingent upon their spring sophomore grades being satisfactory (eg, things like getting C’s in prereqs or flunking a class would probably get your ‘acceptance’ revoked)
