Haas International Transfer Admission: New circle of hell?

I've printed out about everything the website had. Called the admissions office (to get bounced to and from UC to Haas) and I'm still confused. The process makes Columbia's look like a connect-the-dots triangle. There are UC requirements, and Haas requirements and another set I just don't know. Has anyone gone through it? I could really, really use some coaching here.

How do I prove my breadth and prerequisites? Is there a form to fill?

What are this English requirement? WHERE is the petition I apparently have to get filled by a teacher?

Do I still send my high school transcript?

And these are just the questions from my first page of notes!! Not to mention that unlike say...normal schools I only have until November to apply; not March.

You know, I would try the Transfer Center.
Fabulous resource - very helpful & extremely pleasant.
Someone there can probably point you in the right direction.

There are the UC requirements for transfers. And there are requirements for Haas. There might even be requirements for internationals (the acceptance rate of which is about 10%).

Nice link MommieC. The advisor I got when I contacted them was extremely rude or confusing.

I'm still hoping I can get an international student to advise me...
