Haas lit question

Which of these courses have the least amount of work? im enrolled in japan 7b right now and its looking like alot of work though courserank puts the average grade at A-, and i'd rather have less work honestly.

I took English 80K - Study of Children’s Literature - with Professor Wright. Two tests, two essays. You read about one book per week, but they’re very short and comprehensible.

I took Japan 7A.
Got an A. Lot of work, but Professor Wallace (who teaches J7B as well) is REALLY awesome  Very fair grader as well.

hmmm… english 80k sounds quite intriguing but too bad it isnt offered this spring.
catalysis, can you explain how wallace is so awesome? cuz if he is indeed awesome enough ill just suck it up and stick with the class and all its work lolol

Oh he is just a very funny lecturer and even though he is really strict about certain rules and deadlines, you can tell he is a nice guy. I got As on all my essays for that class. At the end, you do have to write an 8 page research paper but he guides you through the process and you kinda turn it in in steps. You also do a lot of reading for the class but I think doing a lot of work is worth it if you get an A in the end, haha.

Ouch, I wonder if the english 80k class is just as easy to get an A in the end, but without as much of a time commitment.
