Haas/USC/Bus Admin Thread

I ask a lot of questions about these topics so I figured I should make one thread and ask all of my questions in here. Any one else with questions is welcome.

I am trying to figure out how to combine Haas and USC classes and i already have Haas done but USC is a little weird…there’s four categories, do I pick just one class from each?..then Diversity, do I pick one as well? and then Part two and three throws me off…please help

Can I take classes in a ccc that would allow me to transfer to Haas, USC, and UCLA (BUS ECON)?

i don't have time to answer all those questions, but i can tell you to make sure you take engineering calc and not calc for the life and social sciences. engin calc fulfills the calc requirements for all three, but calc for l&ss only works for ucb's busn admin

i'm looking at my school's math classes and there is calc for business and social sciences and just regular calc (doesn't say engineering). i'm guessing the latter is the one you're talking about right?

yeah...regular calc/ engineering calc is what i'm referring to. it should be 5 semester units....the other one is 3....i took the other one because i was applying to ucb and santa clara univ....those two weighed the two types equally and didn't care either way....other uc's that have busn econ want the 5 unit one.

New Question

did most haas students who first started cc Immediately get a job and join most of the clubs in their first semester? because i am having the problem that elections have already been decided before i even started summer school and im too young to have a business job so i would need to wait until spring (when already one year is finished [im guessing fall is like high school which is the whole grade year]) is get most things handled...is this normal? also would haas look down at this?
