Hah! Colleges...

oops............

Hahaha, riiiiiiggggghhhhhht. ;P

Which is why you should just give up now and come to UofA anyway! ;P

And you totally forgot to mention the ping-pong historian EC! That's ever so important, of course! ;P

^Bahahaha - I do have real ECs, I don't even bother mentioning that stupid ping pong thing on my apps, lolololol.

And everyone else, thanks - I really am making the decisions on my own, I just wanted some suggestions so that I could look into those colleges in case they ended up being a good choice for me. :]

Have you decided on a major yet? Maybe nuclear engineering would interest you? I heard they have a great program in North Korea and Iran, you should definitely consider

Columbia meets size requirements and location. Its in Manhattan but the campus area is not crowded or in Midtown. But I do have a bias for it.

Lol, my new list is:
Stanford
Vandy
Georgetown
umm

I didnt read what others recommended you, but Northwestern seems like it would fit. It has a nice campus, a good music program (there if you want it), great econ department, near a big city (Chicago), and you seem to have to stats to be a competitive applicant

UofA has a very competitive admission rate. It's one of the highest in the country.

obviously george community college

Lol, College acceptance rates: How many get in? - USATODAY.com

The acceptance rates are...:

STANFORD UNIVERSITY 13.0%

GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY 21.9%

VANDERBILT UNIVERSITY 38.3%

...

...

...

UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA 83.4%

:[

If you're considering Georgetown, maybe consider American just up the road. Not sure if it has the academics you're looking for, but it's close to but not in the middle of DC.

"uh, last time I checked, it's REALLY REALLY EASY to get into the University of Arizona."

That's what I said. It has a very high admission rate.

Lol. doomster I can't wait till you go to UofA :] People would make fun of you forever though... how embarrassing.. lol.

lolz, people in my school talk about going to UofA as their dream college too. Then i slap them with the acceptance rate.

^ People do the same with Harvard's acceptance rate. Different reasons, though, I guess.

Have you thought about the School of the Americas?
