haha...one of those, chance for a commoner...

As I describe myself and ask you what my chances are, I also want to know the lowest or weakest setup that has been admitted to WashU that isn't due to something like athletics (even if it is d3)

GPA: ~3.48/4.0

ACT: 31 superscored (33/28/28/33, ENG/MATH/READ/SCI)
SAT: 1870, will retake (yes....ouch)

SAT 2: US (640)
Math2 (660)

English H English 2 English 3 AP Lit and Comp
Algebra2/Trig PreCalc AP CALC AB AP Statistics
World Cultures AP Euro APUS AP Psychology

+Symphonic Band H, Symphonic Winds H, Jazz Band with piano and flute

OTHER:
-Piano for 14.5 years, competed locally, regionally, nationally, internationally and placed very respectably (can go to details if necessary), have done masterclasses, performed in Europe (not school trip), currently in CYSO
-flute for 9 years, private lessons, few contests here and there

note about clubs, even though i dont think this counts, I do a lot within them even if I am not represented as leader
*note about piano and flute, take a huge buttload of my time, i don't know if colleges will think im a worser person because of that

random awards that Im pretty sure lack any substance
- Dean's list
- ComEd 100 achievement award
- AP scholar award
- National French Contest awardee
- NSHSS (lol)

Schools...

UPitt
UWashington (seattle)
NYU
U of Michigan
Emory
U of Chicago
WashU
UPenn

yep...pretty funny list, but insight of any kind would be great

Penn, Chicago-reach
Wash-low reach
Pitt, NYU, Michigan-mathc
Emory, Wash (Seattle)-don’t know

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/786164-chances.html

Where do you rank? If you’re not minimum top 10%, Penn, WashU, Chicago are probably impossible and NYU and Emory improbable.

not official, but I believe I am about top 15-20%…so no chance, alright…

but will my chance increase if I add that I am EDing at Washu?
and if it does, please define what increasing chances means in terms of
what admission officers will think.
