Hair

So what's everyone's current sentiments on this subject? What hairstyles do you have, do you lavish your hair with expensive products or leave it be? How often do you get a haircut?

I'm not quite sure if I have a hairstyle -- I sort of just get someone to shave my head every three months or so -- whenever it gets annoying -- and then just don't bother with it (besides the regular showering and occasional shampooing). I can't quite remember the last time I combed it, and it usually can be found in some messy disarray, sticking in every direction.

Oh yah, this thread need not be limited to head hair; feel free to discuss any type of hair, including but not limited to facial, arm, armpit, back, chest, pubic, ass, knuckle, leg, and toe hair.

I myself don't care about my common appearance. I do occasionally rub wax on my hair to ameliorate my visage whenever I feel inclined to.

about two weeks ago i had a full beard and long, shaggy hair. i just cut a lot of it off and shaved my beard.

now when i drive i can see!! :)

It is middle length guy cut, with a slight flip in the back. I push it all to one side, so I am one of those kids who is always to the hair-out-of-the-eyes thing.

I get out of the shower, shake my head a bit, and then just let the air do the rest.

Edit: Semi-curly hair and I just use a 2-1 (shampoo-conditioner).

emo hair.. duh

Short, straight hair, cut with a buzzer. My mom does it, so it never costs me anything.

I love how my grooming routine matches that of all the guys... wash with 2-in-1, step out of the shower, shake head, done! I have shoulder-length curls. When I'm doing something where I have to look nice, I'll comb it or something.

Someone told me my hair looked like Shirly Temple,
I know they meant it as an insult, but I was oh so very flattered.

Also, my hair is the farthest thing from blond &is braided...so I was also a little bit confused.

I used to have wonderful long hair, but I recently got it cut pretty short, but I like it a lot better now.
It's light brownish with lots of blonde in it, and it's a flippy bob a bit below my chin.
As for hair styles, my hair is naturally REALLY curly, so I can go for more of an afro look, but I generally blow dry/straighten it [only takes like.. 20 minutes or so, so it's not terrible].

Super short hair, edged out, long skinny side burns

Do you guys keep facial hair or do you shave it clean?

I produce short but noticeable facial hair. I neglect to shave a lot of times because I don't feel like it. I usually shave when I get a haircut, though. So I vary between clean shaved and kind-of rough looking.

I like the unshaven look. :]

it just depends on the person. some people look good shaven, some look good unshaven, etc. just depends what goes with the face.

I have pretty short hair (for a girl, anyway). My friend cut it for me. She's a hair-cutting/styling genius, and she'll be going into fashion design after high school.

I used to have a pixie-ish thing, but now my hair (as a girl) is pretty long and blonde, with bang-y layers. I usually wash it, condition it with anti-frizz stuff, and let it air-dry. I brush it or not depending on whether I want curls or waves (and I'll blow-dry it straight if I'm in the mood, but it's kind of a waste of time). Not too big a deal.

i have long blonde hair that is naturally straight and very fine..i hate that its so fine because it always gets tangled..oh yeah and my hair is very stubborn! it wont curl if my life depended on it! one time i got a perm and it came out within a couple weeks..anyway i sampoo and condition, then comb out and blow dry and i'm done..pretty low maintenance which is always a plus

I just have long, really thick brown hair.

It's pretty boring.

^ Woah, for some reason I knew that you had long brown hair... I mean I didn't KNOW it.. but I thought you would. lol.

I get a bit of facial hair (currently sporting a 'stache and mini-beard) but I have to cut it in adherence to me' school's dress code.

It's mostly out of apathy, though. I don't really care if I have one or not, and am just too lazy to go out and shave it off!
