<p>In regards to affirmative action or colleges giving preferential treatment to URM's, would a student be at a disadvantage or advantage if they were Half Black (African) and Half Asian (South Eastern)?</p>
<p>Not sure since you’d be considered mixed but then again a lot just see you as black.
I heard Congress was trying to take away affirmative action since ‘its not fair’ to white/asians but id say apply anyways.</p>
