Hall Transfers

<p>I am a freshman at the University of Arizona who is attempting to transfer into a single at Kaibab from a double at Arbol. When I last checked, I was fourth on the wait list, but that isn't super helpful to someone who's never done a transfer. How likely do you all think it is I'll be able to transfer?</p>
