Ok, this may be an odd discussion, but what do boarding schools do for Halloween? Is there any way for students to obtain mounds of candy like I do each year? My favorite yearly tradition is stuffing myself with candy on the week after Halloween. Do they wear costumes? Thanks
It really depends from school to school, I’m assuming a lot schools probably have some sort of event such as a Halloween dance. As for trick-or-treating, I’m not sure. If you’re really curious, I suggest contacting the school you plan on attending.
Depends on the school. But costumes are worn by many students (and faculty!) at a number of schools… and trick or treat at dorm parent apartments and faculty houses on campus is pretty common. (Halloween is my favorite holiday too.
)
And your parents will probably send a package to ensure you do not go mound-less.
Same experience as @cameo43 described. Also, an off-campus haunted hayride is usually one of the weekend activity options. For some, it will be their first trick or treat experience!
