Accepted!! But while I think it’s the school I’ll be the happiest at, I’m being pushed to choose between NYU and Wellesley. Hopefully one of you get my spot :)

Accepted! And unless I miraculously get off the waitlist at Carleton or Swarthmore, it’s probably where I’ll be attending! Very happy. I posted my stats back on the first page. See some of you at the accepted students day, hopefully?

Accepted with a Hans Schambach scholarship! Ready to rock this campus for the next four years.

Wow, no posts in more than a month. What’s going on?

Anyone hear anything from the waitlist?

Nothing much. I heard from my admissions counselor about a week ago that they don’t anticipate taking anyone off the waitlist as of right now, but that might change in the next month or so. Plus, last year they said the same thing and they ended up accepting three people off the waitlist.

I really hope they accept people off the waitlist, though. Hamilton is my #1 choice and I’ve been sending them updates so I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. Does anyone know at when they usually stop accepting people off the waitlist and “release” all the waitlist candidates from the list?

This waiting is even worse than waiting for the decision was. Any news? When I called on Friday they said they hadn’t even looked at the list yet.
