<p>I just received an email telling me that the Hammond scholarship (full tuition) will be going to out of state students. It seems like a minority scholarship (I am a minority: black), but did any other students also receive this?</p>
<p>Yeah, I got this message also. I'm Indian, so a minority, but not necessarily a minority in college so I have no idea.</p>

<p>My D received a letter tat she is being considered for this scholarship too. We are not a minority, but it says she is being considered due to her commitment to service! Very exciting!!!</p>
