Hamrick or Meth for Calculus M408K?

I really, really, REALLY need an A or A-, and I wanna know which professor is the best one to get an A with? I looked on myedu and ratemyprofessor and Meth has great ratings, but they're all for other classes (M408N, M408C, M408L, etc). He only has one decent rating for M408K. No other ratings were found. Hamrick on the other hand, has not great ratings, but decent ratings. People said he was a great teacher, but the class was still hard. Anyone have either one before?

Meth has only 8am classes.... three days a week... -sigh-

Lastly, should I just avoid all classes without any instructor's names on them? Some of the classes are only 4 days a week instead of 5 and it seems super appealing...

I’m wondering the same thing, I really need an A also and I have freshman orientation tomorrow so I need to know now lol

I think I decided to choose Hamrick’s class, but I’m waitlisted on the one that’s a decent time (1-2pm, M-F). Currently I enrolled in the one that’s 4 days a week instead of 5… cause I don’t want class on Friday… but it doesn’t have the professor’s name :(

I think I’ll do Meth, I don’t mind waking up early if the teacher is good. Are you trying to get into business school?

Yea, I’m definitely trying to get into business. I’m currently an economics major and only 10% of us eventually get in, but I hope I’m that 10%…
