Hands-On Philosophy at SLO

<p>I know SLO has a solid business program, equipped with several choices for various concentrations. SLO is famous for its “learn-by-doing” philosophy. It’s easy to see how hands on learning can be applied in technical fields like architecture and engineering, but how does the business program provide hands on experience, for example, in the finance department? Do the finance concentrations involve a lot of simulation of real time stock trading, and mock asset management, or how does it work?</p>
