Hanover (IN), Georgetown (KY), Knox

Any thoughts? D has good stats 2240 SAT, 4.0. Doesn't want to go too far from Indy, and leans conservative. She does not want a party school. Thoughts? I know we have to visit to get a good feel, but where do we find legit information on the 'party scene'? Thanks so much.

If your daughter has those stats, she can do better than Georgetown College. I’ve interviewed a professor from the school. Even in the philosophy department, outside discussions of classes are not common. Is your daughter a very religious Christian and not just politically conservative? Georgetown is an evangelical school that takes its religious mission quite seriously, whereas I’ve read that Hanover and Knox are much more welcoming to those who are less religious or of a different religion.
