Happiest students

So, as I’m sure you all know, Brown is ranked #1 for “happiest students” in the Princeton Review. How do they measure that? Does it mean “most overall satisfied with the education they’re receiving” or “most bubbly, friendly personalities” or what?

It interests me a lot because I already get tired of seeing so many down, apathetic people at my high school and would love to go to a college where most people are actually happy! :P

I’m not sure, but I think they did a survey of students, and probably asked them to rank how much they enjoy their school, and Brown came out tops. Which is a very good sign indeed :)

People here are very happy. It’s weird. But good. The Princeton Review does not lie, at least with this ranking.

Even when I’m feeling down, taking a walk around campus and seeing all the beautiful buildings/people is enough to bring a smile to my face.

Strange how I never managed to put two and two together until now…

It seems that ignorance IS bliss, anyone?

HARHAR

But seriously this explains everything

So, would you guys say that there IS a generally happy, friendly environment at Brown?

^Seems to be the case isn’t it?

It’s only happy because you don’t have to take classes that you don’t like, and then people feed off each other’s happiness. Nothing special.

very formulaic of you. im sure it’s that simple.

i think they should do a survey of former employees on how disorganized a place is. Brown might score pretty well there too.
