Happy April 10th

Please let ALL the schools (to which you've been accepted, of course) know what you've decided to do by this MORNING.

If you are turning a school down, please let them know ASAP. They might be able to admit someone else from their waiting list. You will have then just made someone else's day a lot happier!

Thank you and happy April 10th.

If you are like me and returned the contract via u.s. mail without any delivery confirmation, you may want to check with the school to confirm they have received your contract. We mailed d’s St. Paul’s contract last Saturday. This morning I called to confirm receipt and imagine my surprise when they said they had not received it yet. Someone called a few minutes ago to say it arrived today.

Emdee check your Emails. The confirmation from St. Paul’s is another colorful Welcome Congrats! They will take a acceptance phone call without the check today.

So Sarum, I take this to mean your son has decided on SPS?

It does indeed.

Andover '13!

Thanks again GemmaV! I couldn’t have gone through this process without your help! And everyone else on CC too! :)

thanks!!
i felt terrible turning down groton and milton.
i hope that someone else who really wants to go gets off the waitlist and ends up going.

So, for prep school admissions officers, April 15th is the second most stressful day in the month? :)

Groton’s not going to the waitlist. They waitlisted me and my mother kept forcing me to ask.

I feel bad for rejecting Brooks, as they were my initial favorite and I really liked my interviewer because she kept in touch and stuff.
I forgot to tell Milton I wasn’t revisiting but got my email to them yesterday about not going.

Andover 2012!

Exeter was amazing…

I’m really glad I’m going there.

Exeter '12!!

Don’t feel bad about turning schools down. In fact, they’re counting on some of you turning them down.
