<p>@calrenoma that’s totally right. Schools know you mean business when you’ve already had a year with unfortunate boarding school decisions and you’re back trying again. It shows grit. Being a second year applicant seemed to work in my favor because it showcased things about my personality like persistency and capability. I applied again this year to the one school I applied to last year. Ironically I got waitlisted - again - but the other schools I applied to this year took note of the fact that I was trying everything again more seriously. I have a few choices for school next year now. :)</p>
