Happy Hanukkah!

To all those of Jewish faith who are honoring the festival of lights, I just want to wish you all a very happy holiday celebration.

Happy Hanukkah,
Cindy

thanks skibird!

made potato pancakes last night. taste great, very unhealthy and extremely messy in the kitchen... but we had fun.

Thanks!

We are going to have our "traditional hanukkah dinner" on sunday, complete with brisket and amazing latkes :)

We enjoyed our first latkas a few years ago when some friends invited us to a Hanukkah dinner. As I remember our preference was for the sour cream with ours. But of course why not, since they are calorie and fat free, right?!LOL

Glad to hear you and your family are enjoying the celebration of the Miracle of the Lights. It truly is a beautiful holiday!

Hope you and your family have a wonderful hanukkah dinner on Sunday and please enjoy a Latka for me!

Thank you for your warm wishes. I will certainly have many latkes and sour cream :-) . I hope you have a merry Christmas as well!

And a Happy Hanukkah from this end, too. :)

I wish we had a decent deli around here. The only time we get a crack at latkes is when the local synagogue has the Jewish food festival. Yum!
