<p>For those applying to schools with the 31st deadline (Amherst and Yale before it changed its deadline to the 4th (check out their admissions site and holiday notice)) You will be counting down New Year's a little differently. For my part, being in the West, I get to turn in Amherst at 10:00, and then cram the commonapp a little later.</p>
