Anyone know how, if at all, you can check on the status of any school forms sent by mail or fax?

Is there supposed to be some sort of confirmation mail?

i have the same quesiton!

Anyone have any idea?

On my ELI account, it says that any documents required for the admission process, such as the Teacher recommendations and Secondary School Report, will show up online after Nov 15. So I guess if you have your ELI account, all you can do is wait.

I believe that both my school report and teacher rec. letters have been sent out, but what happens if I check on Nov. 15 and they are not there? Should I call to check or do they just want us to wait?

^I’m quite worried about that too since I live in Australia and snail mailing stuff to the other side of the world doesnt just happen overnight.

Hey Aininor! I live in New Zealand, so we are pretty much in the same boat!
I couriered my Secondary School Report and Transcript, and I could track the parcel, so I know that it has been delivered to Yale Admissions Office. However, that doesn’t mean that it is safe, because they may still have lost it within the mountains of applications they are receiving every single day. From what I have read, I think that they will notify you if you have any missing documents, and will give you time to send them again. of course, if you received such an email, you should ring the office straight away.
Hope that everyone’s application documents go through safely!

Hey Victor, who signed for the parcel? And how many days after did you receive your eli account?

Because the admissions office has a PO Box address, i couldn’t get a signature for my parcel. However, the post office did confirm that it was delivered to the destination. I sent my Common App on the 25th, which was downloaded by Yale on 26th, and got my account on Nov 3.
