hard decision

well i'm wondering if i should do EA to yale or ED to wharton. i'm interested in business, but turned off by a few things at penn (higher price next year due to 5% increase in room and board and receiving less quality in some areas, financial aid, etc.). i'm also kind of undecided since the yale admissions this year will be very competitive EA for many reasons.

these are my stats with not too much detail:

-hispanic (from Chile, living in Miami)
-4.0 unweighted GPA
-1/210 in a private school
-average amount of community service hours, with about the same amount of christian service hours (school requires it)
-mu alpha theta president and team member, portuguese club founder, national honor society member, key club member
-taken the most rigorous classes each year
-33 ACT (32 english, 35 math, 32 reading, 33 science, 9 essay)
-780 Math IIC, 730 Math IC, 800 Spanish (without Listening)
-5 ap spanish literature and language (not too impressive since im hispanic), 4 ap us gov, 3 in ap english language, art history, and biology (relatively new classes to be offered at my school and i didn't bother to self study for them)
-i think my recommendations will be strong since the two teachers and counselor know me pretty well, essays will be strong as well

so in conclusion, what do you guys suggest? i guess this is a chance thread in a way, but i'd also appreciate the suggestions on what to do.

Apply where you most want to go. Don't try to game it by applying to a school you aren't convinced is your #1 choice, especially if you're applying ED. Yale EA is less of a risk in that it leaves your options open (especially if you need to compare financial aid packages), but more of a risk in that you'll probably get a bigger boost from Wharton ED.

thanks for the reply. that's what's been on my mind pretty much, so i think i'm going to go EA with yale since i don't really want anything binding and i feel yale fits me well. i might not have as big a boost since it's not ED, but whatever happens happens.
