Hard Time making a decision

<p>Let me know what would be the best decision I should take.</p>

<p>I found out I got accepted to the University of Oregon as an Economics major. I am pretty excited about the acceptance however I feel a bit disappointed about the fact it is ranked 109 in national universities. I would think it is higher than that considering it is a Pac-12 school. Even though I was accepted here, I am waiting to hear back from UCLA, UC Irvine, and UC Santa Barbara to see whether I was admitted or not. Should I wait to hear back what their decision is or should I just fully commit to UO? Also, if anyone knows of someone that went to UO to tell me their experiences of how it went, I would really appreciate it :)</p>

<p>Unless there’s some reason you didn’t mention that you need to commit to UO before the other decisions come out, it’s perfectly fine to just wait and see your UC decisions. UO won’t care when you accept their offer as long as it is before the deadline.</p>

<p>Regarding UO’s ranking, I wouldn’t let it bother you too much. While rankings do offer a rough indication of academics at a school, there are lots of other important factors.</p>
