I've heard from several sources that Illinois has a great business program.
So is it really competitive to get in there?

<p>we just squashed the out of state myth like 2 days ago... again.</p>
<p>14 days till im back on campus, then 7 days of partying, then school starts, then at least 2 more weeks of partyin.</p>
<p>UIUC's overall admission rate is usually in the mid to high 60% range. However, for the business college, it is less than 50%. Also having high class rank and high test score does not assure admission to business over those with lesser stats. Essays are very important for the business school. Being out of state does not hurt.</p>
<p>as long as you have somewhat decent stats and are out of state you shouldn't have too much of a problem.</p>
<p>Sorry to intrude, but what are the GPA, SAT, and/or ACT ranges for UIUC's business program? Thank!</p>

High school class rank: 88-97 percentile (Top 3%-Top 12%)</p>
