Hard to Get Into UGA as a Transfer Student?

<p>Is it hard to get into UGA as a transfer student? I'm not transferring until I have a 3.0 (which I'm on the tippy tip of now) and I'm Latino (I heard they ask for your race now). What are my chances?</p>
