Hard to get sports tickets?

I’m considering BC for next year, and I love how there is so much school spirit. But… maybe this is a dumb question but is it hard for students to get tickets to the football/basketball/hockey games? Also, does it cost a lot?
Thanks.

Extreme easy. All students get preference. The key for BB and hockey is attendance. If you show up for the games, you get preference for seasonal ticket for the following year. For football, the earlier you order your season ticket package the likely you’ll get it. Football season tickets are fairly to get anyway. BC wants students to pack the stadiums.

How much are season tickets to the football games?

football tickets this past year cost $120, but the price might go up.

Ok great! Thank you… so if I do end up going to BC, should I buy season tickets to football immediately (like in June/July, or whenever they first become available…I don’t really know when that would be) so I can go to all of the games? I read somewhere that freshmen who don’t have season tickets will feel very left out first semester.

Dear DisneyLover : You will absolutely want to buy the football tickets. The environment is electric in Alumni Stadium on game days.

If you decide to attend BC, you will be notified sometime during the summer about football tickets. The tickets tend not to sellout, but if you plan on going to the games, you might as well buy them upon notice, right?

I did not have football tickets during my freshman year and while the floor was pretty much empty, I did not feel left out. I simply watched the game on TV and talked to the people on the floor who were still there. I would also go into the city on a few occasions when games were played at BC.

tickets are $140 for the season, and they were that price last year as well. They just sent out the email to current students, so freshman should get them over the summer. If you want tickets don’t deliberate as they do run out.

It is a great experience at the games!
