Hard to transfer into engineering?

<p>Is it typically hard or not so hard to transfer into engineering programs from another university? Say on the sophomore level. I would think hard, because engineering seems competitive, but on the other hand, maybe not so hard, because as we all know a lot of people quit engineering after their first year.</p>

<p>Or another way to phrase it is, do you think it's hardER to transfer into than other majors?</p>

<p>Depends on the college and if it's an intra college transfer or an inter college transfer. Check the stats for the school. If you meet them you can usually get in. Look online at the University of your choice.</p>

<p>It is from another college. I do meet their minimum stats, I just wonder how much space they have at the sophomore level, and how many transfer applicants they get.</p>
