Harder physics problems, help please!

I'm really confused with these two problems. Could anyone help please?

If spring's
k=1 kilonewton/m
amplitude= 2cm
Find EK and EP when phase equals 3/pi.

A person is carrying water on shoulder poles.
If the period of oscillation of the pole is 0.8sec and the length of the person's step is 60cm, at what speed of walking will the water spill the most?
(Have to use resonance in this one. Have no idea how to do that.)

Thank you. Any help appreciated.

bump! bump! bump!

Ep=mgh
Ek=1/2mv^2

ain’t hard to solve , posted on oct 01 so guess u solved it already .

I did. Thanks. The thing that was confusing me was the phase part.
