Mine was AP English Lit because I am not good at english in the first place and my teacher was pretty hard.

um… AP English Language. I never really liked english and my teacher graded the essays really hard, so I didn’t do so well in the class. Also, all of the reading was annoying…

AP Chemistry because I could never really wrap my head around why things in Chemistry happened and i wasn’t really absorbing any of the concepts. I’m more of a Physics person and I did well in that class even though it was the same teacher.

AP Euro

I got the least sleep in that class.

APUSH. I hate history with a burning passion. Plus, my teacher never lectured, so having to learn only from a textbook really sucked.

I would say AP English Lang but I had a teacher that didn’t teach so I didn’t bother taking the exam.

For sophomore year, none of my AP classes were hard, but I would say that AP World History involves a lot of work. By my junior year, I will say that AP English Language will be the hardest AP class since I hear that the one of the teachers for that class is a harsh grader, but I hope to have her anyway.

AP Spanish…I just don’t understand the grammar. Never did, never will.

AP Euro was like a nightmare
i really did not like that class at all
that was definitely my hardest ap
i think its because i dont like history much and i always had to cram for tests the night before

oh well still got a 5! :)

The hardest AP Class I have taken is AP Chemistry. I got the highest grade in the class, but it was still pretty hard. My teacher was really great, and I was the only junior in the class. It was a lot of fun, but it was also a lot of work. We had online homework, book homework, and other random assignments all going on at once. The material itself is somewhat hard, but, since it’s chemistry, all you have to do is find the patterns. If you can see the patterns and when to use what, then you’re all set. Hopes this means something.

AP Music Theory! OMG
I took two AP’s in 9th grade, and made 5’s on them.
I took four AP’s in 10th grade, and made 5’s on all but AP Music Theory…What a hard exam!
However, I am NOT looking forward to AP Spanish :(

AP Chemistry is super difficult. I don’t know how I made a 5 as a sophomore…Luck, I bet you, and countless days staying up for 7 hrs studying…

So far, I suppose Chem. I took it for the simple reason that I like chemistry, hehe.

Bio. We had a crazy teacher who gave us a bunch of work that didn’t really help learn the material. I pulled a ton of all nighters finishing the work, and still had to go back and study everything myself for his tests, which were impossible. I think I was lucky to get a four since he told us all the wrong things for the test.

AP European History. I loved that class (the teacher was hilarious) but it was the HARDEST class ever. The teacher didn’t just made us read the whole textbook, he also gave us multiple handouts on each chapter. Each handout ranged from 10 pages to 50. Most were like 30-40 pages. Plus quizzes every period on texbook chapters and each handout. Then there are assigned books to read (which we do w/ our other work). He even gave us one to do AFTER the AP exams and gave us a test over it for a MAJOR grade. But taking his class made taking the AP Euro exam like a joke.

Chemistry!!! That test was brutal!!!

I’ll add to the bazillion AP Chem responses. I loved the subject, the teacher was awesome, and the class was wicked, but there was too much to the subject for me to master in one year.

Wow, all of these responses made me really appreciate my chemistry teacher, who (though tough) was amazing.

I’d say AP Art History. It was my teacher’s first year, and it definitely showed. Plus, that textbook is a monstrosity, and we had to know every inch of it for the tests.

US History, because the homework load was intense and my teachers tests were pretty rough, though it made the real test a breeze

AP Chinese (so hard b/c I’m not a native speaker)
AP Chem (our teacher was new and we didn’t finish covering all of the material)
AP Calc BC (Taylor series pawned our class)…

Definitely APUSH. I had an amazing teacher but he was such a harsh grader. No one got above a 3 (out of 5) on our FRQs/DBQs during our unit tests. I don’t really mind the hours of outlining/studying though because it made the ap exam a breeze.
