Hardest AP Course?

APUSH/APEH were both super easy for me b/c i kept up w/ reading.

APChem was easy for me, my teacher was awesome!

AP Physics C - hmm, class was easy (we got curved 85=A), but prep work was difficult.

AP Spanish - UGH. my teacher went on maternity leave a month before AP exams.

Conclusion: APSpanish & AP Physics C

We had a good AP chem teacher, but everyone in the class still found the material more challenging than the other AP classes, and this is a math/science oriented student body.

But I have 2 credits of physics C next year so i should probably wait till after that to talk.

I LOVE AP COURSES! But I don't like them.

AP Art History, I took this online with a terrible teacher, WORST CLASS EVER!!!

ap physics c and ap calc bc

hmmmm, asking about COURSE is hard to do, because every course is different, but as far as tests go

US History requires the most fact knowledge as well as an ability to analyze using it.

Physics C and Chemistry are the two tests that, after taking, I was sure I didn't get the score I did.

I fear the language tests, especially french. We had a guy who was fluent in it and didn't get a 5.

Calculus (both of them) and physics B were easy.

Environmental Science is hands-down the most simple exam of them all.

What if I think AP Physics C was the easiest?

AP Euro = Easy

AP US History = Easy

AP Psych = Ridicuolously Easy

AP Macroeconomics = Easy

AP Microeconomics = Average (Only Because I Had to Remeber Stuff from 1st Semester)

AP US Gov't = Somewhere Between Easy & Average

AP Comparative Gov't = Average

AP Calculus AB = Easy

AP Physics C: Mechanics = Pretty Hard

AP Physics C: E & M = ***, this is absurdly hard!!!

I would have to say AP Latin because noone in my school takes it and then most likely AP French at my school is the second hardest.

I've taken the AP World, APUSH, AP Eng Language, and AP Chem tests and of those APUSH was definitely the hardest for me. AP Chem was a joke compared to the stuff we did in class, but obviously just because all the people in my class thought it was easy doesn't mean it's universally easy. We all agreed our chem teacher was really good.

But really, the way they're graded all of the AP tests could be considered equally easy. Harder test = fewer questions correct to get a 5, right? Easier test = more people with higher scores, still makes it hard to get a 5.

i taught myself Physics B, C in 3 months and got 5s.
Microeconomics is tough, but I really enjoy learning it.

probably ap physics c and ap languages. horrible.

Regardless of teacher I think these are the hardest

Physics C (both)
Chem
Foreign languages (non-native)

Physics C. Calculus BC. Latin.

I would think AP Spanish would also be hard because I’m sure many people take it are native speakers, which makes it very hard for non-native speakers to get high scores.

Statistically, people receive the lowest scores in;

 1. AP World History (Avg. score of 2.56)
 2. AP U.S. History (Avg. score of 2.57)
 3. AP Human Geography (Avg. score of 2.63)
 4. AP Italian Language (Avg. Total Group score of 2.65, Avg. Standard Group score of 2.33)

MY AP US class was difficult. But then after that the test was a piece of cake.
The same goes for AP Bio at my school. Hard classes but then the tests were easy.

The hardest AP classes at my school : APUSH, AP Chem, AP Physics

Depends on the individual & aptitude. Some kids self-study & do just fine others have teachers who don’t teach but the kids don’t realize they need to self-study. If you have a good/decent teacher, are willing to work a bit, and like the subject, S thought they’re all pretty fine (he took over a dozen, including 2 he self-studied for–got mostly 5s and 2 4s).

English and Government is super easy, bio is pretty tough with all of the memorization

Chem and Physics C
