Hardest classes in a nursing major

What are the hardest classes in a nursing major?

It may vary by program. At my D’s program it’s reported to be Anatomy which she’s taking now in her 2nd semester Freshman year. See this recent thread on the same topic.

We’ve heard it’s first year Chem.

My daughter is in her second semester of Anatomy - definitely a tough class but she really likes it. It’s considered a weed-out class. But, depending on your individual strengths, you might find certain classes are easier or harder. I would listen to the nursing upperclassmen at your school when they say a particular class is easy or difficult.

Seems to be Chem and the 2 A&P so far…

Pathophysiology has been killing my kid this semester (2nd semester Sophomore) and she aced chem and a&p. Requires more application of knowledge and critical thinking instead of memorization.
