Harm in self-reporting a terrible AP score?

So, embarrassingly enough, last year I got a 1 on my AP Studio Art 2-D Design Portfolio.

I made all my pieces to specifications but apparently I just suck. Anyway, whatever, I don't really care. What I want to know is if it could actively HURT my chances at getting into a college to self-report such a deplorable score on such a useless AP. I don't want to keep anything from the colleges I'm applying to, and nowhere else do I claim Art as a huge extracurricular or something I spend all my time on/should be good at.

Responses appreciated.

Not everyone agrees that the AP art portfolio approach is the right way to evaluate artists. (One prep school's art department used to say that such a disagreement was why it didn't offer AP art classes.) I think your impulse of being fully honest is a good one, and the other aspects of your application will stand out more than the sole AP score of 1 on a debatable AP test.

Thank you! Just wanted a bit of reassurance, I guess. I'll send that 1 right on in. :)

i reported my 2 in physics if that makes things better....

Yes, report the AP Art score. It's such a subjective test that it almost seems silly.
