Harrison or Quads?

Hi guys, I am an incoming freshman. Class of 2019

I am interested in living in Harrison and I want to apply to Freshmen Experience program? How much do you know about this program? Activities, events etc. Is the program worth applying? How much time does the program take?
I have read that upperclassmen at Harrison already have friends and students are bit isolated and alone? Even though can I still attend parties at Quads? On the other hand, I wanna have my own space to study, do a lot of studying if possible. I am also a big movie lover and Harrison has film courses.

I don’t like Quads because of communal bathrooms and I think they are noisy and have lots of distractions, but again I don’t wanna end up alone without any friends. I also wanna have some social life. So what do you guys think? Where will I fit best?
Any comments and suggestions are welcome. I can’t visit campus since I am an international student.

The Quad. No “s.”

The Quad will have more of the typical freshman dorm experience from a social perspective. The Harrison social experience will most likely be limited to your floor.

The bathroom situation is not a reason that I would personally choose or not choose a dorm, but YMMV. However, you clean your own private bathroom.

The film series in Harrison is not limited to residents, if that makes a difference. Plus you can attend the screening sessions without being registered for the class.
