<p>Well apparently she's in Cambridge, but applying to Oxford and Ivy leagues. Also she had a great A level report (wish I knew what she got) but then so did I. Lol!</p>
<p>Yale is based off of OxBridge, and so is Hogwarts.</p>
<p>Well the answer to the OP is simple - it was the hall of Christ Church, Oxford (copied and rebuilt - and enlarged I believe - as a set).</p>
<p>That's strage, normally you're not allowed to apply to both the unis in OxBridge. What courses is she looking at in the UK?</p>
<p>Uhh...the dining hall that draws the most comparisons to HP is Annenberg...and that's in Harvard.</p>
