As someone who has been accepted to Harvard (which I turned down) I would say that you have a decent chance at intriguing an admissions officer. You have diverse ECs but no leadership which is a necessity for many ivy league applicants. What kind of stem cell research did you conduct and can it be published? If not than is your abstract of a quality that could be submitted to Harvard with your application, if not then that it almost an insignifant ECs. You have okay APs scores but you should self study for some more subjects. I see that you have 800 students in your class which might mean that you come from a large public high school (very uncompetitive). You have excellent SAT and SAT II scores, and doings MITES is excellent. If you are economically disadvantaged then you have a hook. You don't seem to exude passion in anything which makes me question your chances, but good luck.

ok thank you so much, but imhaving trouble with leadership..how do i show it???

Actively improving the clubs and organizations you are in. For instance head committees for the Italian club and seek to draw the community in by holding annual bazaars and fund raisers. Work on making the Gay/Straight alliance more well known in the school and community and become president or chair an important event. You could easily become vice president of the writing club. I see that you have the position of editor of your newspaper and president which is great. I know how much time one has to invest to become an editor. Obviously there are so many ways to improve your leadership qualities, just actively participate in a select few of the many groups you are in and truly make a difference not only in your school but your community.
