Harvard 2+2

I missed the info session last week. Did anyone from here attend? Are you planning on applying?

context for folks: [Review Application Process - MBA - Harvard Business School](2+2 Program - MBA - Harvard Business School)

it is a b-school thing.

2+2 tends to be for less represented demographics: students studying engineering or the sciences as well as underrepresented minorities. I believe that the people admitted from Columbia in the last two years have both been female students pursuing finance/consulting. Plenty of Asian male number-crunching Wall Street monkeys apply, none get in. Best of luck.

of the kids i know who got it, two were Asian males, one pursued finance, another pursued consulting.

in general it is a very hard program to get into, but hard things are worth trying.

I guess in the last 2-3 years, I haven’t met any male who has gotten into 2+2. Just my slanted perspective, but I also tend to meet students who work at GS/MS/JPM so they do tend to be the top.
