<p>Your success at any US college depends on your ability to read and write English proficiently. Harvard is one of the few colleges that does not require the TOEFL. Yale, for example, requires minimum TOEFL scores of:</p>
<p>100 on the internet-based TOEFL
600 on the paper-based TOEFL
250 on the computer-based TOEFL</p>
<p>So, yes you should take the TOEFL.</p>
