Harvard app question

I'm filling out my Harvard transfer application, and I just have a quick question. The very last part is the Additional Personal Statement. It says, "Occasionally, students feel that college application forms do not provide a sufficient opportunity to convey important information about themselves or their accomplisments. In the space below or on a separate sheet, please feel free to inform the Transfer Admissions Commitee about anything you would like us to know about you."

I was wondering if I'm supposed to treat this a regular college essay. I'm not really sure what it's asking for in the sense of style.

Write "No".
