Harvard Applicant Stress?

Ok, so I want to apply to the American college, Harvard. Between doing all of my extracurricular activities, studying for collegeboard tests *grrr, and taking care of my grades, I don't get much else in. How does everyone else handle the immense amount of stress?

Just apply and hope for the best.
That's it. There's no point stressing out about it. It won't help you get in anymore than your health would benefit from it it.

Look at it this way: the very worst thing that can happen to you from applying to Harvard is that you won't get in - which is exactly the same state in which you would find yourself if you didn't apply. So applying shouldn't be stressful, because it will produce either the same outcome or better than will not applying. Life is good and you are trying to make it even better. Nothing here worth stressing about.

QFT- Thats what I tell people after tests. They freak out about it but I tell them there is no point in worrying because that won't help anything.
