Harvard Class of 2025 — Regular Decision

Hahaha that’s good. I’m definitely just feeling nervous and depressed cuz ik the decision already

Thanks, I’ve been thinking similarly to your line of thinking which is almost making me come to the conclusion that I’m probably getting deferred lol, but hopefully not! Thank you

Yeah haha I’ve noticed compared to Stanford, a large portion of applicants who don’t get accepted end up deferred rather than rejected idk why.

Would you rather get rejected right away? Or deferred then rejected later… I think I’d rather just get rejected first

Wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy lol.

Super excited though! Wishing everyone the best of luck, we’re all in the same boat.

Ooo that seems pretty unique? Right? How’d you know that’s what you wanted to study?

learning about social interactions and how to address inequalities in the world is very interesting to me. Also, I want to become a social worker (getting a masters after undergrad). I felt this major would give me a good baseline going into the career I’m interested in

Love that :yum: making a difference in this world yas

Glad to see the energy on this thread is alive and well and that @skieurope has been keeping you all in check. Next few days will be a whirlwind of emotions, not to mention on the day decisions are actually released. Whatever the outcome, just remember you have proven yourselves more than capable candidates for an institution like Harvard and that an acceptance or rejection isn’t a wholehearted reflection of who you are. Continue excelling and doing things you’re passionate about, the future is bright!

dope are you thinking double major?

I applied to BU as a EDII, but they don’t have the withdrawal option on my portal.

that sounds like a really interesting concentration! amazing outcomes can come from pursing that major, such as participating in amazing research and getting a well paying and engaging job eventually after graduating.
