Ok so I gave my two recs to two science teachers who love me. I'm applying EA Harvard (which uses the common app). However, on the Harvard printout from the site, it says give the recs to teachers in different academic subjects. My teachers are AP chem and Honors physics. Does that count as different enough, or are they talking science, english, social studies, and math as the areas and they want two different of those categories?

I'm not sure, so ask Harvard.

I think it's pretty self explanatory, it mean completely different subject of study. I would still use the two letters that your teachers gave you if they talk great thing about you.

What, isn't that contradictory? Completely different subject of study required but I should still use the two letters...?
