Harvard/Cornell + SAT II

I took 5 SAT IIs:

November:
800 US History
720 Math I

December:
750 Bio-M
740 Lit
670 Math II
(bad I know but i didnt prepare for any and was REALLY sick for the December ones)

I'm applying to both Harvard and Cornell to be a bio/social science major

Cornell is my dream school for HumEc

Harvard requires three so they would see my top three scores i'm guessing and Cornell requires two with one in math

will these scores hurt (especially the math II)? (the rest of my application is very strong)

and for Cornell will the other higher scores be taken into consideration too?

(just a side note... i've taken calc I, II, and III at the University at Buffalo and am about to go into integrated algebra so math is not a weak point in my transcript- math I the geometry hurt and math II i felt horrible and didnt even finish)

After taking advanced math classes it is easy to over think the math on the SAT. I would definitely write something additional that explains that you were really sick during the testing. They should at least try to understand where you are coming from.
