<p>A quick call to the Harvard FAO will give you the answer. They’re quite friendly and helpful.</p>
<p>I called financial aid before Nov 1st. They told me that if you are admitted they will accept FA paperwork at any time after Dec. 15th even though you applied SCEA and will give you an answer within a week. Good luck!!</p>
