harvard decisions

On what day have they emailed them in the past? what day last year? year before?

thank you

Last year, it was sometime between the 18th and 22nd. I don't remember exactly. But yeah, circa right about there.

They'll send you an email a few days prior to the decision to let you know exactly when it's coming.

My nerves are being alleviated by the fact of inevitable rejection. :)

Wow! Big H! What are your stats?

is it really cocky to think i'm going to get in as a spring admit? i've somehow twisted my mind around that being a problem seeing as i have to go to college for 8 consecutive semseters because of a tuiton benefit from wash u, and i'm not even enrolled for classes here. perhaps this worry is delusional. we shall see, as janel said, in 10-14 days.

why 8?

four years of college, two semesters each. haha i don't really think i'm going to get in...

if they e-mailed freshman decisions this year, is there a chance they'll e-mail transfer decisions?

if admitted as a spring transfer, do you spend next fall at your current school? that would give you 8 consecutive semesters, no?

If you do go for 4 years, it would be because you want to doubleconcentrate or because none of your credits transfered. I think that the latter is mutually exclusive with acceptance. 7 at most, but I wouldn't think so. I don't know much about your concentrations, but if you check the requirements you would know how many courses you have left.

no no i mean i can't spend more than four years at all institutions combined. and i can't come back here because i haven't even signed up for classes. i don't want to like, spend a semester at georgetown and then go to harvard, that would be... depressing. and they'll email you your decision if you checked on your application that you want an emailed decision. i can't even imagnie what this thread is going to be like from may 18 to the 22nd. i wonder when the emails will go out...

I hope harvard accepts me...even though I didn't apply.

For Shaganov--are you a sophomore or a freshman?
